"“At only 816 ft.² my house might be the smallest one Deandre has ever sold, which makes it that much more amazing to consider the time and effort he took to work on my behalf to secure it. He found the exact exact house I needed and could afford, and helped me navigate the entire process. With everything on schedule to close in a few days, my move-in date set and movers scheduled, I shockingly found out the bank was not going to go forward with my loan. Due to an error on their end, my approval was rescinded. I was told I could follow an appeal process to correct things, but it would take months. I was completely distraught, knowing that at best I would be forced to find temporary housing and store all my belongings, at worst, I would lose the house also. We had about 24 hours to rectify the matter, which we had already been told numerous times was an impossibility. Deandre met with me and began making phone calls for several hours, but to no avail. He then brought me to the bank where he re-explained the situation several times over for two more hours. They actually found their error, but told us there was no way to correct it without going through a lengthy appeal process. We left there and I thought the hope of my home and move was completely over. I was sure Deandre must have other appointments that day and he had already spent so much time with me and exhausted all possible solutions. In the parking lot of the bank, I thanked him profusely for trying so hard and taking so much time. I apologized that I had probably made him miss other important work and realized he needed to get to it. He answered me by saying, “Oh, I’m not going anywhere until this is resolved!” He spent several more hours that day on hold and contacting every division of the bank until he found someone who could rectify their error and provide us a copy of the needed paperwork. I have personally never seen anyone show that much perseverance, patience, and willingness to accomplish something, especially when they would receive no grand recognition and very small recompense. I am still enjoying the perfect house Deandre found for me and still thankful he would put so much time, effort and care into helping me!” "
